Sleep Adventures 103

I am sure most people are familiar with the side effects of the medicine ambien--the sleep walking. I first heard about it one morning while watching the news.  At that point I wasn't currently taking a sleep medicine, so I really didn't much about it.  But I did find it interesting.  Well as life would have it I have been on ambien for awhile now.  Guess what I have concern that I am sleep walking.  At first I think I would experience any side effects, but one morning I got up and noticed my computer was on.  I was like did some one use my computer during the night, or maybe I forget to turn it off.  I feel it is highly unlikely that I forget to turn it off.  But the next episode, we generally sleep with a nightlight on in the house, one night I woke up and the house was pitch black, I said well maybe the bulb just blew.  I checked nothing wrong with the bulb I switched the light, and the nightlight came on. 

I said now there is really something funny going on here.  I still didnt think I was the culprit.  Now again I get up and my computer is on again.  I am thinking you have got to be kidding, am I really sleep walking??  It crazy you don't remember, and have no knowledge that you were ever up.  I spoke to my doctor about it.  He confirmed that yes some people do use their computers while sleep walking, and alot of people eat, anyway I have scaled way back off of the ambien.

Does that mean you don't remember the 10,000 dollars you sent me? I thought you were being really nice. Anyways you are probably smart to be cutting back. I think I did a little sleepwalking as a kid. One day my parents saw the screen on my second floor bedroom hanging loose from my window. That is a little creepy I know. Keep your spirits up
